Shipping policy

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 48 - 72 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) or custom items (Shoes, Sweatshirt, T-shirt many style...), may take an additional 5 - 7 business days to process and ship.

Why stop shopping when you can receive free shipping? With a minimum purchase of $1 or more at OUR STORE, shipping is no cost to you. This limited time offer applies only to standard ground shipping.

  • Standard delivery usually arrives within 15 - 25 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS handling time. Sometimes will be delayed up to 60 days due to the customs or other problems, such as local weather problem, so it needs your enough patience to wait for the mail. And when you choose the shipment way, then we think you agree to accept this delay if happens.
